		<description><![CDATA[The sign on the back of the bus obviously is intended to evoke something beyond a habitual response.  Much like the probing question, &quot;What is the sound of one hand clapping?&quot;, this image is designed to help  lead us along  a particular path to enlightenment.  

In fact, dare I say (and I do, dare say, that is) that SEPTA  Management, in its boundless wisdom, has taken a Zen turn and provided us with (are you ready for this?), a...KOAN!  Get it...Get it?  A Koan.  KOAN/CONE?!

OMG, I crack myself up sometimes.  Oh, come on, admit it, that was funny, although I do apologize for the lengthy set-up; I have lots of time on my hands.]]></description>
