Guest blogger thabooger on all things Dragon Ball Z….

WHY??? FOR WHAT REASON??? How could this happen…? (This post is going to have multiple grammatical errors but I don’t care… is that even a word? F*ck it, I’m using it)

I remember the good old days when I would sit through 2 hours of sh*tty cartoons waiting for Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z to come on. Goku… Krillin… Vegeta… Gohan… Piccolo… Cell… Freeza… and who could forget that horny old sexual deviant Master Roshi? The dialogue was so horrible translated to English but WHO CARES!? Those shows were AWESOME! I remember sitting in the park with my friends “Eating sandwiches” (How I Met Your Mother reference… look it up) talking about how badass it would be if they made a Dragon Ball movie. A baby with a weird tail crash landing on earth in some weird looking space pod, possessing powers that were unheard of, shooting fireballs and beating the sh*t out of anyone and anything that stood in his way. An innocent kid who had only one thing in mind… helping people.

Then came the best news ever… Dragon Ball was going to be made into a live action movie. Man, my friends and I were so stoked.

“Oh man its gonna be so tight!” said one friend.

“Dude forreals! I hope they make it exactly like the cartoon.” said another.

Then came the voice of reason from a third friend, “You know theyr gonna f*ck it up, seriously… just think about it.”
