I thought this was funny.
So I guess this guy thought it would be funny to put those electric dog collars on his kids and zap them. HAHAHAHA!
Putting the collar on his children wasn’t that funny, it’s when he justified it by saying he thought it was funny that had be chuckling.
“I wasn’t trying to discipline then officer it was just for lulz.”
Some people just amaze me… in a bad way of course.
